Friday, December 8th, beginning at 4PM: The UnderBar will be launching our Brand New Menu! This will include a New Cocktail and New Food Menu!

Our New Drink Menu will include some of the most innovative Craft Cocktails anywhere in the Pacific Northwest! Some will include house-made, proprietary, aromatic syrups using the freshest of ingredients. In addition, we’ll be offering a new enhanced wine list, plus we’ll be adding some new spirits, including those locally distilled here in the Pacific Northwest. Don’t worry, we’ll still be crafting your favorite old standards and even offering enhanced versions as well.

Our New Food Menu will offer food items suitable for sharing, as well as hearty brunch, lunch, and dinner items. In addition, we’ll also be offering a separate Happy Hour Food Menu, and Late Night Food Menu as well.

Some of our most popular food items will be included in our New Food Menu as well.

We’ll be offering our New Food and Cocktail Menu in phases, beginning Friday, December 8th, starting at 4PM till 11PM.
